Wagons, Cosmetic Wardrobes and any other reward container openings are handled server side. This means that even if your Battle Legion app crashes, closes, or you lose connectivity while claiming a Wagon or other reward, you will either receive the reward from the Wagon, or the Wagon will still be available to open after restarting the app.


If you are certain that you did not receive anything and want us to take a detailed look, please open a ticket through the app's settings menu.
