If the “Connected” buttons in the the in-game ‘Settings’ menu do not remain green and say “Connected” please follow the steps below:

Android

  1. Completely shut down the Battle Legion app

  2. Restart the whole device

  3. Open the Play Store

  4. Search for “Google Play Games” and install/update it

    • Note that Google Play Games might not be available if the Google account has Family restrictions

  5. Start Google Play Games and make sure that it logs into your Google account

  6. Start Battle Legion and linking to Google will now work

 

iOS

There is an issue currently preventing new links to Apple. The steps below will not help in this current situation. We are working with Apple to resolve this situation and will have an update as soon as possible. If possible, please link to Facebook. If Facebook is not an option for you, please try not to uninstall the game until you have received the update and been able to link to your Apple account.

  1. Restart the whole device and try linking

  1. Sign out and back into your Apple account on the device

  2. Start Battle Legion and link the account in the in-game Settings menu

  3. If the steps above did not help, please get in touch with Apple’s support team https://support.apple.com/

 

FACEBOOK

  1. Search for the Facebook app in the Play or App Store

  2. Install or update as needed

  3. Start the Facebook app and sign into your Facebook account

  4. Start Battle Legion and link the account in the in-game Settings menu
